Firearm Terms & Conditions

The total purchased amount, or outstanding amount is payable in full, before any SAP271- license application forms will be furnished by Dave Sheer Guns Cape Town (Pty) Ltd unless agreed upon otherwise in writing by the management of Dave Sheer Guns Cape Town (Pty) Ltd. A firearm license application must be submitted within the first year of receipt of the application forms, otherwise storage fees of R150 per month will be charged after the first year. Firearms not collected within 3 months of the date of issue of the license card by CFR, will be subject to storage fees of R150 per month, after the 12 Months period. A refund of 90% will be given on presentation of a valid SAPS refusal of appeal letter. These letters must be presented with an invoice, and refund form to be processed. Please take note of the next point if the firearm was used at any point after purchase.

Cancellation of purchase of a firearm at any stage for any other reason besides a SAPS refusal of appeal, will be subject to a Handling/Cancellation fee of 40% (Not Used) and 50% (Used in our range) and this will be deducted from the original total purchase price. Upon cancellation of this purchase, any monetary damages that might arise from the breach of these terms and conditions will be deducted from the monies on hand.

NO GOODS (Firearms, ammunition and/or military and security products) MAY BE EXPORTED WITHOUT WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM DAVE SHEER GUNS CAPE TOWN (PTY) LTD and/or the original manufacturer.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT DAVE SHEER GUNS CAPE TOWN (PTY) LTD WILL NOT RELEASE ANY PURCHASED FIREARM/S ON A “TEMPORARY AUTHORIZATION TO POSSESS A FIREARM – SAP526”


Accessories Term and Conditions

Any parts or accessories that are damaged due to not being properly installed by the client or any other party other than Dave Sheer Guns Cape Town (Pty) Ltd will not be exchanged or refunded but may be sent for repair at client cost subject to the digression of the seller.

Any item that is brought back for repairs or replacement that is still under warranty or within 7 days of purchase must have the VALID INVOICE and the original PACKAGING. If the packaging is damaged or there is no invoice, then repair, refund or replacement will be at the discretion of Dave Sheer Guns Cape Town (Pty) Ltd and may be subject to a restocking or handling fee.
