Welcome to Dave Sheer Guns Cape Town (Pty) Ltd. By accessing and using our website, purchasing products, or engaging in our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. General Conditions
1.1. These Terms govern all sales, services, and interactions through our website and physical store.
1.2. We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
1.3. All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice.
2. Firearm Sales & Licensing Conditions
2.1. The total purchased amount or outstanding balance must be paid in full before any SAP271 firearm license application forms will be provided, unless otherwise agreed in writing by management.
2.2. Firearm license applications must be submitted within 12 months of receipt of the application forms. Failure to do so will incur a storage fee of R150 per month after the first year.
2.3. Firearms not collected within three (3) months after the date of license card issue by the Central Firearms Registry (CFR) will also be subject to R150 per month storage fees after 12 months.
2.4. Refunds: A 90% refund will be granted upon presentation of a valid SAPS refusal or appeal letter, accompanied by the original invoice and refund form.

3. Accessories, Parts & Warranty
3.1. Accessories or parts damaged due to improper installation by any party other than Dave Sheer Guns Cape Town (Pty) Ltd are not eligible for refund or exchange but may be repaired at the client’s cost.
3.2. Any item returned for repairs or replacement under warranty, or within seven (7) days of purchase, must be accompanied by a valid invoice and original packaging.
3.3. Items missing original packaging or documentation may still be serviced, replaced, or refunded at our discretion and may incur a restocking or handling fee.
3.4. All returns and replacements comply with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
4. Use of Our Website
4.1. You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or other user accounts.
4.2. All content on the website, including logos, product images, and text, is the intellectual property of Dave Sheer Guns Cape Town (Pty) Ltd and may not be reproduced without prior consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. Dave Sheer Guns Cape Town (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, website, or services.
5.2. Training and use of firearms are conducted entirely at the client’s risk. All users must comply with safety regulations and instructions provided by our staff.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

- 40% handling/cancellation fee for firearms not used at our range.
- 50% handling/cancellation fee for firearms used in our range.
- 2.6. Any damages arising from breach of these terms will be deducted from the refund amount.
- 2.7. No firearms, ammunition, or military/security products may be exported without written permission from Dave Sheer Guns Cape Town (Pty) Ltd and/or the original manufacturer.
- 2.8. Purchased firearms will not be released on a “Temporary Authorization to Possess a Firearm – SAP526.”
3. Accessories, Parts & Warranty
